Cairo & Giza

We cover all major areas including Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi, Zamalek, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Dokki, Mohandessin, and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Alexandria

We deliver to central Alexandria and major residential areas. Please contact us to confirm your specific area.

Other Governorates

Deliveries outside Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria are available on selected days. Contact us to check availability for your area.

🧊 Cold Chain Delivery

All orders are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to maintain the correct temperature throughout delivery. Frozen products arrive frozen. Fresh products arrive chilled.

📦 Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day or next-day delivery within Cairo and Giza, subject to availability. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following day.
